About

Two roles. One purpose.

Thirty years of leading Supply Chain in multinational environments taught me one thing above all: the right analysis, done fast, changes the decision. The wrong analysis, done slowly, changes nothing.

I've led Supply Chain for Henkel across Spain, Tunisia and the UAE — €215M budget, teams of up to 75 people, operations spanning Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Today I do two things that reinforce each other: I consult for companies facing complex Supply Chain decisions, and I teach at Universidad Antonio de Nebrija (Escuela Politécnica, Industrial Engineering). Both activities feed the same purpose — turning hard-earned operational knowledge into better decisions and better-prepared professionals.

I'm also a certified executive coach (IESE Business School). When a supply chain isn't performing, I can work at the process level, the data level, or the team level — whichever is where the real problem is.

Operational depth

30 years knowing which questions matter — no AI can replace this judgment.

AI as a multiplier

Claude, Excel AI add-in, Python — turning ERP exports into executive briefs in minutes.

Knowledge transfer

As a coach and lecturer, I don't just solve the problem — I leave the team able to do it themselves.
